Poor Guy

I've always been a believer in the afterlife, and ghosts. I've had a few experiances with them as a child- but nothing in my grown life.. Until recently. My husband and I have been looking to buy our first home. We've seen so many homes it's hard to keep them separate in my mind. This one however stood out. It was well within our price range, in a great neighborhood, beautiful view. It is bank owned, so it was kind of a dump. A major "fixer upper". We walk in the house and immediatley I got a sense that something wasn't right... Walking through the house I smelled odd odors and changes in temperature.. Right away I told my husband that the house was "Creepy" and I wanted to leave. I just got the sense that we were not wanted there and we should leave. I got the sense it could never feel like "our home" becuase it was someone elses home.
The home has now been on the market for nearly 6 months. That is a long time for a nice little fixer upper in South Orange County (mission viejo).
We left, and I didnt think of the house again.. Until this morning- I see the MLS listing come up again. This time the price has dropped dramatically, and they have added a new "note" to the listing.. All it says is "previous owner died of a heart attack in the home, property was in foreclosure before his passing".

So, the poor guy was loosing his house because of foreclosure and then he had a heart attack. I'm certain he was in the house, and doesnt want it to be sold....

Thoughts?

talk to him and see if you can make a room up for him... if you can get along with him as a roommate, then things will be better for him and you.

you'll have to tell him though that you're gonna have to clean out allot of his stuff though... ask him what small things he'd like to keep. explain that this way, the house will no longer be in foreclosure and it will not fall into disrepair...

he'd be better off & "happier" if someone would help him "move into the Light" ~ sounds like he's trapped where he is now ~ even if it is the house he last lived in

    love all-ways,

The house is vacant now, and has been for some time. The bank was trying to take it away before he died. Once he passed away, the bank took over. I'm not sure what happened to all his belongings. From what i've been told, he's not all that old. I believe in his late 60's
